ABOUT ME
I’m Tanya, Intuitive Coach, Akashic Records reader, mom to 3 little humans, lover of dance, music, yoga, astrology, the mossy magical west coast forest and most of all people.
I am obsessed with uncovering the root behind what we do what we do, and tapping into the deepest connection there is – to ourselves, our soul, our intuition and the divine.
I guide cycle breakers and truth seekers to heal self sabotage and trust themselves so that they can blast open their intuitive abilities, channel the divine, and live a life of peace, freedom, love and connection through mindset, nervous system regulation and deep soul work.
My Story
Over the past several decades, I have transformed from a person full of self-doubt to a person who knows that the answers to life’s challenges are found within. For most of my life, I identified as a perfectionist, trying to feel good through achievements. The thing is, no matter how much I achieved, I didn’t feel successful, happy, or confident inside. I felt lonely, at a loss for direction and meaning in my life and like something was always missing.
In my late teens, I turned towards partying and “busy” with school and work, attempting to fill up every single corner of my life. I kept up with this lifestyle for a long time, trying (without success) to soothe my deep inner sadness and lack of purpose.
My turning point came when I decided to pursue a yoga teacher training and leave a long-term relationship that was no longer working. I woke up and realized that I had the choice to create my life moving forward, consciously, and the truth was that I HAD created my life: the good, the bad, and everything in between. I went from seeking answers and comfort outside of myself to knowing that everything I was looking for could be found inside myself.
This path led me to pursue an Intuitive Coach training, certifications in meditation, become an Akashic records reader, and so much more. I’m also an Occupational Therapist by trade, specializing in trauma and nervous system-informed work in the mental health sphere.
